FAQ

Individuals and companies can join the Rivadesk affiliate program. Approval is automatic; billing details and IBAN are required to receive payouts.

The ?ref= link works on every page, including the landing pages. Within 90 days, and without the merchant entering a code, the zip downloaded from the site (first install only: a zip forwarded to someone else is not attributed) and a Shopify install from the same browser are attributed. Installs from WordPress.org, PrestaShop Addons, or the Adobe Marketplace are not attributed, nor is a site zip downloaded without the link cookie, nor Shopify from another browser or device, with cookies cleared, or past the window. Self-referrals and tenants already linked to a partner agency stay excluded.

Commissions accrue on actual payments, stay on hold for 14 days, then join the monthly batch (day 5). €50 minimum; manual IBAN transfer.

No: a tenant with a partner agency does not generate new affiliate commissions. If an agency is assigned later, past commissions remain; future ones stop.
