Why we built Rivadesk
Rivadesk grew out of a concrete frustration: AI support tools promise everything, cost in unpredictable ways, and too often treat customer data as a commodity.
We wanted the opposite: a tool that answers based on a company's real content, with an invoice you can read at a glance, and privacy as a starting point rather than an afterthought.
