We took the public price lists and ran the numbers on the same case: a store with 500 AI-handled conversations a month. Here you'll find the result, each calculation and the assumptions we made.

Rivadesk

€8 – €40

The first 100 conversations each month are free. The other 400 cost €0.02 to €0.10 each, depending on complexity: €8 to €40 a month in total. No per-agent fees. On average a paid conversation costs about €0.08.

Tidio

€350

Lyro, Tidio's AI agent, is sold in monthly packages and counts every conversation it replies in, resolved or not. 500 conversations need the 500 package, which costs €350 a month.

Intercom

€247 – €468

Fin costs $0.99 per "outcome", that is every conversation it closes, including those it hands to an agent, plus at least one Essential agent seat at $29 a month on monthly billing. With 250 outcomes (50%) you spend $276.50, i.e. €247; with 500 (100%) you spend $524.00, i.e. €468.

Gorgias

€348 – €571

Gorgias counts every conversation as a ticket. AI Agent is a separate fee that includes a number of interactions, and each interaction costs $1.00 on monthly billing. Picking the cheapest monthly plan: with 250 resolved interactions you spend $390.00 (Basic plan), i.e. €348; with 500 you spend $640.00 (Basic plan), i.e. €571.

Method

Assumptions and sources

  • Public price lists read on 10 October 2026, monthly billing, excluding VAT.
  • Dollar prices converted at the ECB reference rate of 9 October 2026, the latest published: €1 = $1.1206.
  • Intercom charges Fin per "outcome", that is per conversation closed, including handoffs to an agent; Gorgias per interaction resolved by AI. For them we show a range, from 50% to 100% of conversations charged.
  • For each service we use the cheapest monthly plan that covers the volume, with the minimum required agent seats.
  • Tidio shows its prices in euros to European visitors: we use that price, with no conversion.
  • We don't count staff costs, pay-per-use channels such as SMS, phone and WhatsApp, or the conversations handled by your team that Tidio bills separately.
  • The trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the price list: they imply no affiliation.

Questions about the comparison

Because each vendor counts something different: conversations, resolutions, tickets, agent seats. One month's bill on the same volume, 500 conversations, is the only truly comparable number.

They charge for AI only on the conversations it closes, so the bill depends on how many there are. We show the case from 50% to 100% of conversations charged.

On how much work the assistant needs to answer: prices start at €0.02 and longer or more complex conversations reach at most €0.10. You can set a daily and monthly spending cap, and you never go over it.

We re-read the price lists periodically and the date is always at the top of the page. If a competitor changes prices and we miss it, let us know through the contact page.
